What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
Default currency is in USD , but you can select your favorite currency in the footer of the home page .

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-3 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times depends on the shipping method that you have selected at exit.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at sales@golophy.com.

 Can I return my order ? What if there is an issue?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You should contact us first before ship back any item.



Can I cancel my order?
 You must cancel your order before it ships. For orders cancellation, golophy offers a full refund , Only before products are processed by warehouses. 

If the item is already sent / shipped please contact us to use our easy return system to get a  refund.


I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us immediately via email at sales@golophy.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. It depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout . The average shipping time is 8-15 business days.
